1. Who is Xplore Nations Bible College for?

Xplore Nations is for anyone seeking to grow in biblical knowledge, deepen their spiritual life, and be equipped for leadership—in the church, missions, or marketplace. Whether you’re new to ministry or have years of experience, our program is designed to challenge and empower you.

2. What degree do I receive?

Upon completing all four years, students receive a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Leadership from Xplore Nations Bible College.

3. What is the class schedule?

Classes are held in person on the last two Mondays and Tuesdays of each month, from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, September through June. Each night includes three teaching sessions.

5. Is there an online option?

Yes, but only for students who live out of state or more than one hour from Seattle. This ensures a strong in-person culture for local students while still reaching beyond the region.

6. How much does it cost?

  • Application Fee: $25 (non-refundable)

  • Monthly Tuition:

    • $150 per person

    • $250 per married couple
      Tuition is due the first class of each month. Payments can be made through PushPay, cash, or check.

7. What is the curriculum like?

The curriculum runs in four annual tracks, rotating each year so students can start at any point. Topics include theology, leadership, spiritual growth, and ministry operations.

Sample courses include:

  • Basics of Faith

  • The Gospels

  • Christian Family

  • Leadership

  • Spiritual Warfare

  • The Art of Preaching

Each course includes reading assignments, exams, and occasional essays.

8. Are there attendance requirements?

Yes. Students must attend at least 31 out of 36 sessions per year to remain in good standing. Up to 2 virtual days are allowed annually. Absences must be reported to campus staff and made up by watching class recordings.

9. Are practicum hours required?

Yes. Students must complete 36 practicum hours each year by serving in a local church, outreach ministry, or approved community service. This is essential for promotion and graduation.

10. What is the grading policy?

Grades are based on:

  • Attendance

  • Exam/Essay scores (70% average required)

  • Completion of Practicum Hours

Grades follow a standard scale (A = 90–100, B = 80–89, etc.). Missing requirements can delay promotion.

11. Do I need to be part of Hilltop City Church?

No. While we are partnered with Hilltop City Church, students from all church backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to apply.

12. When is graduation?

Graduation and promotion ceremonies are held in June. To graduate or promote, students must meet all academic and financial requirements.

13. Is Xplore Nations accredited?

Yes. Xplore Nations Bible College is a member of the Transworld Accrediting Commission (TAC), an independent accrediting body for Christian institutions.

14. How do I apply?
